The Lineage: How We Got Here
September 2020 — Genius Messenger CRM launches. The pitch was simple: turn your Facebook Messenger inbox into a real sales CRM with color-coded tags, canned responses, calendar reminders, and friend-request targeting based on keywords inside Facebook groups. Friend Connector Pro and Member Mover shipped alongside as companion tools.
Over the next several years, thousands of users ran the playbook. They told us what worked and what didn't. They told us what they were stitching together with other tools because Genius didn't do it natively. They told us where they kept getting stuck at scale.
