Facebook Bulk Message Sender: Workflows, Limits, and Alternatives
On this page
A Facebook bulk message sender prepares or schedules messages for multiple contacts. Friender includes Messenger Campaigns on eligible plans, alongside contact labels, templates, and automation tools. The useful question is whether a campaign helps you deliver information people expect—not how many messages you can send at once.
No sender, daily cap, randomized delay, or wording variation can guarantee that Facebook will not restrict an account. Being Facebook friends also does not mean someone wants a promotional message. Start with the purpose and audience before choosing a tool.
When does a campaign make sense?
A campaign can help deliver a requested update to a clearly defined group: people who asked for a resource, customers expecting onboarding information, or contacts who agreed to hear about a particular launch. Keep a record of that context so you can explain why each person is included.
If you cannot explain why a recipient would expect the message, reconsider the audience. A smaller set of relevant conversations can produce more useful outcomes than a larger broadcast that people ignore.
What Friender provides
Friender’s current pricing page lists Messenger Campaigns and Drips, labels and tags, and automation features under Pro. Check that page for current availability and checkout terms before choosing a plan. Creating an account and starting a paid-plan trial are different actions.
Use the Facebook CRM overview to understand the contact-management side of the workflow. A contact record should help you find the last conversation, the person’s interests, and the next action. It should not turn every imported contact into an automatic sales target.
A reviewable campaign setup
1. Choose one purpose
Write a sentence describing what the campaign delivers and why recipients expect it. For example: “Send the worksheet to people who requested it on the follow-up post.” Avoid mixing customer service, unrelated promotions, and prospecting into one audience.
2. Review the audience
Use the contact filters available in your account to build the relevant group. Review the actual contacts before sending. Exclude people who declined further messages, no longer fit the purpose, or already received the information.
3. Write and personalize the message
Use a template as a draft. Include the promised information, a truthful reference to the conversation, and one understandable next step. Verify the merge fields supported by your editor rather than assuming syntax from another tool will work.
Hi [name], here’s the worksheet you requested on my post about [topic]: [link]. The example on [problem] is the part I mentioned. Let me know if you have a question about using it.
Changing words with spintax is not a substitute for relevance or permission. Never use wording variations as a promise of avoiding spam detection.
4. Check timing and stop conditions
Review the schedule and settings available for your plan. Do not treat any suggested message count as a Facebook-approved limit. Confirm how the workflow responds to replies, opt-outs, errors, and account restrictions before relying on it.
If a recipient responds and the scheduled message no longer fits, pause or update their follow-up. If Facebook displays a restriction, stop the affected activity and follow the account’s instructions.
5. Measure the outcome
Look at meaningful replies and qualified conversations, not just the number sent. Read the responses before deciding to expand the campaign. A poor response can reflect an irrelevant audience, unclear wording, bad timing, or a weak offer; higher volume will not explain which one it is.
Our organic lead measurement worksheet separates activity, leads, and completed sales with definitions and example calculations.
What to do if Messenger limits sending
Check the exact message displayed by Facebook or Messenger. A technical problem, a recipient’s settings, and an account restriction require different responses. Review Messenger’s official troubleshooting guidance and any instructions shown in your account.
Do not repeatedly retry a blocked action or switch accounts to continue contacting someone who has blocked you. There is no reliable universal recovery timer. If the platform offers a review or support option for your situation, use that route.
Alternatives to a broad broadcast
- Requested follow-ups: Answer an open question or deliver something the person asked for. Our five Messenger follow-up templates cover common situations.
- Useful public content: Publish the explanation once, then share it with people who request it. This gives readers the context before they choose a conversation.
- A clear CRM routine: Work through agreed next actions each day instead of repeatedly messaging an entire list. See the five-stage CRM workflow.
Common questions
Is there a safe number of Facebook messages per day?
Do not rely on a universal number. A tool’s configurable limit is not a guarantee from Facebook. Recipient expectations and the instructions on your account matter regardless of volume.
Is a bulk sender the same as a Page chatbot?
No. Personal-profile contact workflows and business Page messaging integrations can have different capabilities and requirements. Verify that a tool supports the surface you use. Our Messenger tools overview explains Friender’s positioning.
Can I try Campaigns by creating a free account?
Account creation does not by itself confirm access to a paid feature. Review the current plans and trial terms, select the features you need, and check the terms shown at checkout.
